The WG has been reviewing the last-call WD text on accumulators. This bug entry is a place-holder to capture the (largely editorial) comments and consequent changes, digested from the minutes of telcons on 2014-10-30 and 2014-11-06.

Extract from minutes of review, and editor's comments on action taken. These changes have been applied to the spec.

The WG concluded its review of these changes and largely approved them, with some clarifications recorded in the minutes.

A technical change affecting the xsl:accumulator/@applies-to attribute will be the subject of a separate bug entry.
