Description Michael[tm] Smith 2014-01-08 03:17:48 UTC
At http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/visudet.html#containing-block-details
change the text "The containing block in which the root element lives is a rectangle called the initial containing block." to read "The containing block in which the root element lives is a rectangle called the initial containing block ICB)."

"ICB" is used as an abbreviation for "initial containing block" by CSS implementors and spec authors -- but the term "ICB" is not actually used in any CSS specs, so its meaning it only obvious to those already in the know.
