Description Michael Woffenden 2013-09-23 19:54:42 UTC
Submitted a page to validator. Fixed issues causing validation to fail. Re-submitted several hours later with new, fixed page, but the validator was using a very old (several hours old) copy to validate. Was therefore unable to validate the fixed page.

The issue was not related to "caching" but instead was related to user agents, so closing this as invalid.
