I think we will need to mark this feature as "at risk" since it is not yet implemented by browsers.
It's implemented in Firefox. I wouldn't worry about "at risk"ing things yet.

The reason I raise this is because it has been a general goal of doing CSSOM to capture existing practice as opposed to introducing new features. I personally don't have a problem introducing new features if there is widespread agreement among implementers to do so, however, we need to take more care in doing so. It is not sufficient that only FF has implemented this. What plans are there to implement in other browsers?
