The validator is telling me I have no set DOCTYPE for https://www.goorin.com/

I do have a valid doctype set, and you can see it when you view source from a browser. So why is W3C telling me I have no set DOCTYPE? Is this a bug? Am I missing something?

Use the "show source" option to view the document that gets served to the validator:
