one addKey() is successfully called ,and a key is stored in CDM, a keyAdded event will be fired to MediaKeySession, I think a Eventhandler named onkeyadded should be added to MediaKeySession for register a function to follow this event, for example resume playback paused media by app.

This is a duplicate of issue 18928. Issue 19624 and issue 19625 are nearly identical reports for other events. In the future, please review the open bugs and group similar issues together.
