There are several instances of "Applies to" in the table. I suppose they are typos.

Just in case you need a reason why I am raising this boring thing, I found this while translating the spec when I need to do a replace.

Also there's a "Computed value".

Switched it over to Applies to / Computed value ... since this seems to be more consistent with a random sampling of other CSS3 specs. Thanks for the report.
