The IDs that are used multiple times in the document are:
 "display-flex"
 "display-inline-flex"
 "main"
 "algo-cross-item"

Appears to be fixed (fantasai again, I reckon?).

Yup, fantasai fixed this in https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/csswg/rev/b6ad5b5ab087
