Sould be nice to have also an xml output for the outline of the page if there 
is no a correct outline that starts with <h1> and if there are missing <hx>.

XML output is deprecated. Outline feature likely to disappear too.

I agree with semantic validator solution, outline is semantic (http://www.w3.org/2003/12/semantic-extractor.html). But this tool is not reported on list of quality tools (http://www.w3.org/QA/Tools/).

Fixed in 0.7.4, eventually.
