See https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84533

We propose that the grammar for the animation shorthand specify animation-name as the last to be processed. This means shorthands will not be able to handle animation-names of keywords like "backwards" and "ease", but they are still possible in the longhand form.

We should probably also describe an output format for computed style of the shorthand, to allow roundtripping.
