Request to add support for an element's rendered content as the shape for exclusions.
This issue asks that there's the ability to create a shape based on the visible content of the element. Ex: <div style="height: 0px; width: 0px">Hello World</div> Will produce a shape that looks like: Hello World
Resolved to defer this to a future level of CSS Shapes: http://krijnhoetmer.nl/irc-logs/css/20130606#l-1702 Added to wiki section for future level features: http://wiki.csswg.org/spec/css-shapes
