The sizing algorithm in the Grid spec should convey that every time UsedBreadth is updated, MaxBreadth is updated as well. This could be done via extra description of the Accumulator function, or elsewhere

I'm not sure what problem this is supposed to solve, but I think the current spec prose is correctly handling max values. File an issue on www-style if not. Closing as invalid.
