In the table <http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-transitions/#animation-of-property-types->, outline-offset is listed as an integer.  But <http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css3-ui/#outline-offset> defines it as a length.  This is probably a bug in the table.

This was fixed at some point.
