Description Andreas Prilop 2005-07-13 18:54:46 UTC
Please update to the new version of ISO-8859-7.
Comment 1 Bj 2005-07-13 18:59:31 UTC
This is caused by using an outdated version of iconv. We should upgrade to the
latest version of libiconv.
Comment 2 Bj 2005-08-18 02:41:04 UTC
We are going to switch to which has the same issue, I've reported the
issue at so we would require at
least 2.11 on
Comment 3 Bj 2005-09-08 16:45:45 UTC
This is fixed in Encode 2.12; now we need a way to ensure uses the
proper Encode version...
Comment 4 Ville Skyttä 2006-02-21 17:12:44 UTC
The validator boxes run Debian, and I think updating iconv on such a box means
updating glibc :(
Comment 5 Olivier Thereaux 2006-08-30 06:10:01 UTC
Debian stable still has Encode 1.99.
Comment 6 Olivier Thereaux 2007-05-23 05:42:56 UTC
debian now has Encode 2.12 by default, considering bumping up by hand to 2.21 anyway.
This should close this bug.
