I am getting at line 0 Parse Error Lexical error at line 1, column 1. Encountered: "" (0),after : "" 
"Parse Error [empty string]" for my error line 
This happens when I validate via the webpage.
However, when I use the file upload or direct input it is perfect.

URL to a reproducer document is needed to investigate this.
