Reported by Niklas Gustavsson: A small "bug". The MIME type specified for SVG on http://validator.w3.org:8001/whatsnew.html (image/svg) is wrong. The correct MIME type for SVG is image/svg+xml. I haven't tested what's actually being used in the validator.
Fixed. We support both MIME types (image/svg and image/svg+xml), but the note on /whatsnew.html now lists image/svg+xml.
