It looks like this user is trying to use animation-play-state to pause/resume an animation on hover. Is it a bug that it doesn't work, or are we missing spec prose in this area?

play-state: pause should do what they want. Will attach test case.

On Windows this does work as intended in IE10 Beta, Chrome and Firefox Aurora. I don't believe we have a spec issue here. Resolving WONTFIX.
