Yeah, I've thought about doing this, but I don't really know how to do it without making the "leads" as you put it even uglier. Just linking some things in that <dl> block would really be ugly unless we made the links not look like links in which case it wouldn't really solve the problem.

Linking them but not making them look like links would be an improvement.  Another possibility is to put a small (?) or something after each occurrence, and link just the question mark, so it's clearly a link but it's not obtrusive.

Also I should make sure the <dt>Categories</dt> has a colon like the others.
