In order to more easily find your great bugzilla, please add the follwing:
1) a DNS entry bugzilla.w3c.org
2) a virtual host in httpd serving it
3) an index.html file that redirects to http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public

W3C policy goes against multiplication of subdomains these days...
