Meh, all these duplicates are because of some bug in the inline report tool. Using Opera, after clicking "Submit Review Comment", sometimes the overlay with the bug number doesn't show up, there's no indication that anything happened. I think I'm seeing some kind of reflow flickering just when the submit button goes back to being active, but am not sure if that's the overlay coming and going or just in my head.
