Request to add support for an element's rendered content as the shape for exclusions.

This issue asks that there's the ability to create a shape based on the visible content of the element.

Ex: 
<div style="height: 0px; width: 0px">Hello World</div> 

Will produce a shape that looks like:

Hello
World
