ora: actions ongoing

<pchampin> w3c/rdf-threat-model

pchampin: we resolved to create a note - > w3c/rdf-threat-model
… first pull request

<pchampin> https://github.com/w3c/rdf-threat-model/pull/1/changes

<gb> Pull Request 1 add tentative diagram for threat modeling (by pchampin)

pchampin: with diagram
… the diagram is the basis for a threat model

AndyS: it might be worthwile to include "triple store" or "SPARQL store", to differentiate from any other store

AndyS: maybe say "triplestore" or "SPARQL store" to give the scope

ora: good start

Review of open PRs, available at 3

AndyS: I added an editorial PR on RDF-Concepts to remove borders on array cells

AndyS: table appearance PR on RDF Concepts

<Zakim> pfps, you wanted to discuss semantics

pfps: bunch of "include common files by reference" PRs.
… are they ready to go?

niklasl: yes - Concepts already uses this pattern

<pchampin> +1 to merge them

<Zakim> niklasl, you wanted to discuss common files by reference

niklasl: snapshot does not has the dynamic setup so reSped works.

<Zakim> pchampin, you wanted to discuss concepts

pchampin: concepts PR re: text direction
… now ready to go (minor tweaks from i18n).
… last horizontal review comment on concepts

niklasl: wait one week for all approvals

ora: rdf-new #19 -- is it still needed?

<gb> CLOSED Action 19 work with antoine and others to come up with a proposal for weak and strong compliance (on Antoine-Zimmermann, rdfguy) due 16 Feb 2023

pchampin: suggest we merge semantics and n-triples so we can vote on move to CR today

<niklasl> +1 to pchampin

pchampin: and it's a test of the process

pfps: will do for semantics
… done.

pchampin: reviews - security is green as we are working on threat model.
… TAG review ... believed done
… i18n ... done
… a transition request resolution can be done

<ora> proposal: Advance Concepts, Semantics, and N-Triples to CR

<ora> PROPOSAL: advance rdf12-concepts, rdf12-semantics, and rdf12-n-triples to Candidate Recommendation

RESOLUTION: advance rdf12-concepts, rdf12-semantics, and rdf12-n-triples to Candidate Recommendation

<fsasaki> +1

andys: a couple of editorial PRs on rdf-xml ready to go

ora: dark mode status?

niklasl: no response to issue realise last year - can apply our local solution

Identifying issues to solve before CR 4

ktk: created review for Turtle, NQ and TriG. Should go smoothly.

pfps: entailment regime - work-in-progress - wording fix
… SPARQL query needs a fix around graph equivalence - it need renaming bnodes apart
… we think better wording is needed

w3c/sparql-query#366

<gb> Issue 366 definition of graph-equivalent (by pfps)

pfps: needs to say "rename bnodes apart"

AndyS: is it in the entailment extension?

pfps: no, in sparql-query, section 19

AndyS: could you make a PR? and look at section 18 as well?

pfps: assuming we are talking about simple entailment, I can do that

https://www.w3.org/TR/sparql12-query/#sparqlBGPExtend

AndyS: 18.6.3 is the extension point for entailment regimes

pfps: it refers back to D-entailment; I guess that's ok

AndyS: not for today, but we need to discuss the extensions on RDF-XML

Any Other Business (AOB), time permitting

AndyS: we have 3 new features, and 3 different way to extend RDF/XML 1.1. Not the right way to do it.

ora: I am now an Invited Expert

olaf: Cost action: GOBLIN for networking ... there will be a hackathon on metadata for knowledge graphs.

https://goblin-cost.eu/workshops-conferences/hackathon-on-metadata-and-provenance-for-knowledge-graphs/

pfps: I will giving a wikidata ontology course

<pfps> The course page is https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:WikiProject_Ontology/Ontology_Course
