Sebastian: Everyone please update the TPAC participation wiki

Sebastian: we are planning a plugfest starting Saturday November 8th
… Everyone also please update the wiki for plugfest preparation

Kaz: the event planning team informs us that the venue won't be available on Saturday, and we will need to start on Sunday
… we think a room for 20 people will be sufficient
… tables will depend on the number of participants, maybe 10 tables but we will wait for more participants input

Sebastian: 2 AC outlets per participant

Kaz: we need to know how many cable connections for ethernet

Kaz: we need to know the plugfest schedule for Monday and Tuesday due to conflicts with other meetings; maybe we could use morning and evening times
