vassil: Current FHIR infrastructure has taken into account most of the idiosyncracies. Would be useful to review this with them.

vassil: Looked at ICD-11? The structure is different -- a graph structure. The idea is to allow reasoning on a set of values.

dbooth: Does this sound reasonable?

vassil: Could make sense.
