Abi: propose when update document when can do the glossary

Lisa: we can put them in as we find them

<JohnRochford> For John Kirkwood: Here's the URL to the indoor wayfinding issue paper I last updated April 4, 2017: https://github.com/w3c/coga/blob/master/issue-papers/wayfinding-indoors.html

and highlight the most import ones to do 1st - eg introductions

next iteration probably

JohnR: that wayfinding dock is 2 yrs old

JK is going to add the outdoor navigation part.

how we handal actions

Introductions as Justine has joined us today

<LisaSeemanKest> https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/coga/track/actions/open

Jennie request we restore action tracking

today Lisa tries using the wiki

<LisaSeemanKest> https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/coga/wiki/PlanningPage#Timelines_and_actions

The Tracker works with IRC but need to get the syntaxt just right

<LisaSeemanKest> 00https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/coga/track/actions/open

<LisaSeemanKest> https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/coga/track/actions/open

<johnkirkwood> agree with the google doc's url not having short URL's

<johnkirkwood> great Steve!

No preference between tracker and using wiki

Steve: action history is a bit harder to find in wiki

Jennie: URL as links in wiki is not good

Abi: agree

Steve: It's a matter of how we enter links - I can clean up after meetings for now

user needs https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NAvyzUb4cG9kp1Ao5o2UJ5Ar4cOfRTyrxBjxYzABUb4/edit#

This is the next thing to be working on

Porblem with Gap analysis is we need more of a story to make it easy to understand

We also have user needs all over the place so need in one place and reference

Started a google doc as a starter

Under the objective we can write the user need - then add stories

we also have personas

<johnkirkwood> link to doc of personas?

Steve: I was think design guide could do that but not a good place for stories

Lisa: everything could link through

<LisaSeemanKest> https://w3c.github.io/coga/content-usable

personas are not same a the stories

<LisaSeemanKest> http://w3c.github.io/coga/persona/index.html

examples in patterns are closer to wha twe could have in the user stories

Jennie: as someone wanting to share with people want to understand linking

Are personas details same a patterns.

is the documentation too dense for many people?

What I see similar documentation in different docs which is confusing

Lisa - we are trying to undo that now by harmonizing and making the needs central and then link from there

we can link or include
