To use RRSagent
- when you first log onto IRC type:
  /invite Zakim #dxwgdcat
  /invite rrsagent #dxwgdcat
- then make sure the logs are public
  rrsagent, make logs public
  (minutes will also be public) 
- add the scribe nickname
  - scribenick ''your_nickname''
- at the end of the meeting, to generate minutes
  rrsagent, create minutes
