<AndreaPerego> I was thinking that if we publish the call on the comments mailing list (and not only on the WG one), we are already reaching the people who are following the WG. Also, when contacting the people / institution in the spreadsheet, we can simply link to that mail (as the "official" call for public comments).

<alejandra> it would be to have all the github notifications directed to the mailing list, but this would not be necessary if everyone subscribes to the notifications in github directly
