<Jan> David: The interview has to start with verbally verifying that the interviewee has read and understood the consent form. If they have not read it and agreed to it, then the interview cannot happen.

<Jan> David: Perhaps part of it is reflection on past process and the second part is their opinion on what should happen going forward?
