Guestroom Block: W3C has reserved a limited number of guest rooms at three local hotels: China National Covention Center Grand (CNCC Grand) Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel, and V-Continent Beijing Parkview Wuzhou Hotel. These three hotels are located about 26 kilometers from Beijing Capital International Airport.

Negotiated Rates Deadlines: CNCC is the largest conference center in Asia, and there are other bigger events happening at CNCC around the AC Meeting. We advise folks to book by the deadlines to take advantage of the discount rates.

Wifi: Guestroom wifi fees are included in the daily rate at these three hotels.

Please note: V-Continent Beijing Parkview Wuzhou Hotel is close (300 meters) to another convention center, Beijing International Convention Center (BICC), which sometimes is mistaken for China National Convention Center (CNCC). The AC2017 will be held at CNCC instead of BICC.

Visa and Invitation Letter

Please check with a local Chinese embassy or travel agency about the specific visa application process. More information about visas is available at CS.MFA.GOV.CN. Normally, an invitation letter from the meeting organizer is required for F-Visa.

Request Invitation Letter: you are encouraged to complete the template e-mail [Invitation Letter Request] and send it to team-beihang-admin@w3.org. The invitation letter will be processed as soon as possible. Your personal information will only be approached by W3C/Beihang meeting planner team. Please note: a PDF version will be sent.

Transportation

Beijing Capital International Airport (Traffic) is located approximately 26 kilometers from the China National Convention Center (CNCC) / CNCC Grand Hotel / Intercontinental Hotel.

Shuttle Service from Beijing Capital International Airport: Airport Shuttle has a shared Shuttle bus service from the airport to downtown areas for approximately ¥24 (CNY) for one person. The Shuttle bus from airport to downtown areas is labeled as "Local airport bus" at the Beijing Capital International Airport Station. Be sure to choose the Shuttle bus Line 6 , and get off at Olympic Village Station. It's 600 - 900 meters from the Olympic Village Station to CNCC/ CNCC Grand Hotel/ Intercontinental Hotel.

Taxis: Taxis are plentiful at the airport. An estimated one way fare from the airport to the hotel will range between ¥90-140 (CNY) depending on traffic. During non-rush hour, the ride from the airport will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

Railway/Subway: Airport Line railway could take you from the airport to city downtown. The closest subway station to the CNCC meeting venue and both the hotels is the Olympic Green Station on Line 8/Line 15. The recommended line is: Airport Line -> Line 10 -> Line 8 -> 600-800 meters to CNCC/ CNCC Grand Hotel/ Intercontinental Hotel.
