Johannes Landstorfer — IXDS

IXDS is an interaction and service design company. We have a long track record of innovations in the mobile industry (and in digital services in general). While privacy and trust is usually part of our basic considerations, we've also collaborated with different companies on dedicated privacy enhancing services, such as

  • an Identity Management portal for Nokia
  • a top security phone for T-Systems
  • a privacy settings wizard for Mozilla/T-Labs

IXDS is also actively contributing to the academic domain, most recently in the area of large data visualization with its own privacy implications.

Therefore, we have a keen interest in observing the latest developments in this area. Even more, we want to actively contribute to debates in fields like usable privacy, trust in digital services, and seizing opportunities for companies as well as users/clients.
