Expression of Interest:

Haakon Flage Bratsberg — Opera Software ASA

I want to express my interest to participate in the workshop on privacy and user-centric controls.

As we see it, the workshop topic is highly relevant:

  • Good ways to make interactions more transparent is important both because of legal compliance, and user trust (of the web)
  • This should be done without trigger dialogue-fatigue, and similar (not necessarily identical) approaches across vendors can be useful to make this meaningful for end-users. Thus, an area suited for cooperation.
