Yandex provides many user-facing services, and offers users many possibilities to enhance the service through aggregation of information. At the same time we recognise that it is important to ensure users understand what they are being offered and what they are offering. We are therefore very interested in the discussions at this workshop, and hope the outcomes enable us to better provide services users both want and understand.
