Present (via Skype): Andras, Daniel, Emma, Harris, Heather, Ingo, Lorenzo, Jan, Martin, Neven, Peter W, Phil, Priit, Valentina

• Phil recapped main points of the review, highlighting demands from reviewers, especially wrt the best practices.
• In the light of this it was agreed that it was a legitimate use of workshop time to discuss and develop best practices (Chris H has proposed this as a workshop session).
• We have 12 proposals for interactive sessions and 1 for a plenary (PwC)
• Notable guests coming from Romanian government. Daniel to invite Secretary of State Radu Puchiu to speak (Romanian Secretaries of State are top civil servants appointed by the Prime Minister). Daniel will meet them in 2 week's time in Bucharest at an open data day event.
• Likewise notable guests coming from Poland. Martin has made the contact there and will invite them to speak too.
• Valentina and Neven both in contact with their governments as well as Bulgaria. Phil to ask Nancy for help in encouraging Bulgarian participation.
• Phil to organise anonymised paper reviews and set up EventBrite registration.
• Daniel in conversation with the Foundation for Open Society about the hackathon the previous weekend.
• All partners encouraged to fill in the wiki page at Timisoara/social so that Daniel can organise bus transfers from the airport. Daniel will fill in various social details on the wiki.
