Allocation Plan
- If Thiemo presents only a poster, the number of demos is substantially reduced to nine, thus each demo entry above can have its own space.
- Otherwise, we will ask the Japanese broadcasters to share not three but two demo spaces among the six broadcasters.
- Further details of allocation will be determined during the demo setup (see below) and the workshop on "First come, first served" basis.
Demo Setup
- The demonstrators can enter the venue and set up their demos during 13:00-16:00, March 11, one day prior to the workshop.
- The workshop chairs encourage the demonstrators to check their demos during this setup session.
