# There may be as many Task Forces (TF) as needed. However, co-chairs would prefer not to exceed 4 TFs for a while to ease management and ensure smooth progress.
# Any IG participant can suggest the creation of new TFs on the [http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-web-and-tv/ public IG mailing-list]. It is good practice to propose a first draft TF charter, using the [http://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/wiki/TF_charter_template TF charter template].
