PositionError message values

State:
CLOSED
Product:
GeoAPI V1
Raised by:
Doug Turner
Opened on:
2009-07-20
Description:
From: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-geolocation/2008Oct/0026.html
"If I recall correctly, the message attribute on the position error was
suppose to be for debugging purposes. However, it was brought up that
this message may be displayed to the user. Should this string be
localized? Should we change the draft spec to suggest that this
string is localized and can be displayed to the user?"

@@ other discussions were had about this, but I couldn't find them on the mailing list -- mdw

Related notes:

The spec says: "The message attribute must return an error message describing the details of the error encountered. This attribute is primarily intended for debugging and developers should not use it directly in their application user interface."
