In the definition of "Web unit":
"identified by a single Uniform Resource Identifier (such as URLs)"

This is not only grammatically wrong but rather sloppy language for a specification.

Proposed Change:

"identified by a single Uniform Resource Identifier (URI)"

Consider whether to add a note stating that a URI is either a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) or a Uniform Resource Name (URN). Is this still correct?
