Resolution status:

Definition of PRESENTATION says "rendering of the content and structure in a form that can be perceived by the user". This is not technically correct, as (a) it could render just the content, not the structure, (b) it is a form *designed* to be perceived by *a* user. With the current definition, if the user is blind, nothing on the display counts as presentation.

Proposed Change:

Change to read "rendering of the content and structure in a form designed to be perceived by the user".
(space separated ids)
