DDWG Meeting Summaries
The DDWG holds several meetings on a regular basis. On most Mondays, the group holds a one-hour teleconference. Teleconferences are skipped/postponed when there are other group events occurring around the same time, or when there are holidays in a significant portion of represented geographies. At least three times a year the group gets together for a face-to-face (F2F) meeting spanning two or three days. A F2F is often scheduled to co-locate with other relevant groups to enable inter-group dialog.
At the end of January 2007, during the start-up phase of the second charter, the group constructed the public wiki and blog to facilitate working in public as per the charter. Since then, the meeting summaries have been made public via the public mailing list as well as posted on the DDWG blog.
