There is a lot of info on the esw wiki on WebID both at

http://esw.w3.org/foaf+ssl
http://esw.w3.org/WebID

There is no reason to move the content. But it can certainly do with being improved and updated in many places. That is a job that is and will be ongoing. Perhaps the content under foaf+ssl should be moved to WebID now at the very least.

The
http://esw.w3.org/foaf+ssl/HOWTO
needs to be updated as it is badly out of date.

So some decisions need to be made here.
