- In 7.2.3 Attributes for unspecified data we say that the attribute
<att>other</att> is deprecated. In all other parts (e.g. 4.11.2 Attributes
Modifying Content Markup Rendering), we treat it without the deprecation remark.
In particular, we give elaborate explanations as if it were to be used still.
I think that we should at least remove everything that advertises
