Named vs. Anonymous Graphs

For the N3 compatible case, we have a graph named by a blank node.

Is this now an anonymous graph?

Seems that such an anonymous graph is different from the default graph, the default graph being commonly implemented as the union of all graphs.

Is this distinction made irrelevant by the proposal for skolemisation of blank nodes?
