Description
KIM Platform from Ontotext is a text analysis platform that automatically creates semantic links between documents, data, domain models, and linked data. It also finds mentions of entities, relationships, and facts in texts. All output is stored in RDF and can be exported in a variety of RDF serialization formats. Out of the box, KIM can analyze news articles in English, but it is also equipped with tools for developing custom semantic annotation solutions with optional graphical interface and documentation.
KIM includes the BigOWLIM triple store and reasoner. Thus KIM supports OWL reasoning over the automatically extracted semantic data.
KIM is a pure Java application that can either be integrated with other Java software or used through its web service API. KIM is free for research and evaluation.
