Please remove "dc" and "ds" from the parser. Not supporting them means that
some tag can't be omitted in a transition period, which is *not* a big problem.
OTOH, if we want to introduce "dc" or "ds" that are supposed to be inline (or
other), then it's a problem if legacy parsers treat them as dd. Or we never
introduce them and just have unnecessary weird parsing behavior for unknown
tags (compare with the things HTML4 reserved for possible future use).
