W3C TAG interest in Content-type "sniffing"

Lisa and Mark:

The W3C TAG has for some time been studying issues relating to
Content-type "sniffing" by user agents. We are particularly interested in
understanding (and where appropriate, facilitating improvements to) the
alignment of the HTML 5 draft specifications with pertinent IETF RFCs.
With that in mind, we were wondering if we might convince you both to join
us for an informal discussion on one of our upcoming TAG teleconferences?
Our calls are normally on Thursdays at 1 PM US Eastern Time zone. We are
also holding a face-to-face meeting from Sept 23-25 at MIT; if you
prefer, we might have you call in for an hour during that, or even join us
in person if either of you are in the Boston area then.

Please let me know whether you would be interested, and we can then work
out the scheduling. Thank you very much.
