We posted a new editor's draft of the Vocabulary Management note last 
night -- please see

Aside from the outstanding feedback we've asked for, it's ready for 
review.  Tom, I'll leave this to you --
we can either go ahead and ask for reviews at this point, or wait for 
one more pass by you and Alistair,
but it might be worth going ahead with the reviews at this point so that 
I can address feedback.

I will be at DAMA tomorrow, so can't attend the call, but will be on 
next week.  Happy Easter to those
who celebrate it :).
