BP-MLODE – Kick Off Meeting (Date, Time, Agenda).

Dear Community Group Participants.

Our first kick of meeting will be held on Thursday the 20th of June at 8am Dublin time, which is 9am in Berlin and Madrid. Please find below details of GoToMeeting which we’ll use for connecting. You can use the GoToMeeting VOIP client, which is downloaded in the link below or you can call in from a landline.

We apologise if we could not fit you into this call, we hope you can follow the minutes of the meeting and join us in our regular slot. The agenda for Thursday is as follows:

1) Welcome from co-chairs.
2) Brief introductions.
3) Housekeeping:

• Wiki, email lists, etc (http://www.w3.org/community/bpmlod/wiki/Main_Page) 
• Frequency of meetings, (one each 3 weeks?) Set-up Doodle Poll for fixed time. 

4) Review of Topics (http://www.w3.org/community/bpmlod/wiki/Topic_classification)
5) Discussion around strategies for collecting and reviewing use-cases.

The idea for the call is to introduce one another, setup some logistics in terms of communication, review the topic classification and also begin to plan the call for use-cases. These use-cases fit within the topic classification and provide best-practice examples for each sub topic. The community validates the strength of each of these use-cases.
