Description:
In the values table for textDecoration we list "throughline" and
"noThroughline", yet XSL 1.0 (on which these styles are based) refers
to them as "lineThrough" and "noLineThrough" (actually line-through
and no-line-through, respectively).

Should we replace "throughline" and "noThroughline", with "lineThrough" and "noLineThrough" respectively?
