1. Change to SHALL not exceed on 2 total character requirements.
2. Add note: Adjust font size to account for character limits.
3. Add note: Doesn't constrain other aspect ratios (other than those specified). Accommodate existing captioning and don't explicitly constrain/are silent on other aspect ratios.
4. Add revisions to R0025 to accommodate 32 to 38 characters, use 84%. Add note: Explain where 84% was derived from (% of width and height of companion video).
Disregard post of Oct 30 17:14. Mixed up 182 and 192.
