Monica Martin, 20 Sep 2012, 23:09:16Unclear instructions. Shall exist on span and p means "must exist on every span and p", which is not what I think you mean. I think you mean "MAY be used on span or p and MUST NOT be uesd on any content element that is not span or p." Please confirm.
